Shipping & Returns

All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX or Ethiopian post. You can have 2 choices (Standard price 14/16 days delivery) or (Worldwide Express Plus® 8 days delivery) : In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or by phone text. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box. Please note some items are made to order and have a longer processing time noted on product page.

Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

When your order is processed, you will receive an sms on your phone containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent from Ethiopia.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Asia & Oceania

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please email us at You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. All return orders will have a 25% stocking fee. *Please note some items are final sale as marked or may have a shorter return policy as stated.

Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
