All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or DHL or EMS Ethiopian post.

You can have 2 choices Standard delivery (3 to 4 weeks due to COVID-19) or Worldwide DHL Fast Express® (2 weeks due to COVID-19) :

In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or by phone text. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box. Please note some items are made to order and have a longer processing time noted on product page.

Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

When your order is processed, you will receive an sms on your phone containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent from Ethiopia.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Asia & Oceania

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! 

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You have 14 days after the date of your order to ask for a refund. After 14 days, we can only gives you a discount code or a coupon code usable on sheromeda.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damages

Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition.

All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at contact@sheromeda.com to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item. 

However you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Before you return an item, please email us: contact@sheromeda.com with a copy of the emailed invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase

 

Package lost 

If your package is not arrived at your destination, please contact the carrier to ask for more information with the required tracking number which have been given to you. 

Refund is not possible in case of a package lost. Discount code will be sent to customer to half of the value of the product lost. (50%) 

Sheromeda.com is not responsible for the lost of the package during the international transit of your package. International carrier responsability is engaged. 

Sheromeda.com responsability is no more engaged after a package given to Ethiopian Postal.
