Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your Item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have not received your Item :
Please check first on the website of carrier by using the tracking number sent by our team.
If your package have the status "in transit" we advise you to wait and to check regulary with the carrier.
If your package have been declared lost by the carrier. Please send the proof at firstname.lastname@example.org (screenshot or mail that proof the tracking number declared lost) Then you will be refund the totality of your amount by gift card useable on the website www.sheromeda.com
