Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโt offer you a refund. You have 14 days after the date of your order to ask for a refund. After 14 days, we can only gives you a discount code or a coupon code usable on sheromeda.com
To be eligible for an exchange during a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
